Jaechang's new paper was published online.

Jaechang's second first author paper was just published online. Congratulation! This is an extension of our previous work on configuration interaction singles using Kohn-Sham orbitals (PCCP 2015, 15, 31434). The new paper once again proves that Kohn-Sham orbitals are better suited to excited state calculations compared to Hartree-Fock orbitals.
